• Statcon Energiaa Pvt. Ltd warrants to the end purchaser, provided the purchaser is able to provide valid and legal invoice receipt as well as warranty card duly signed by dealer/ Manufacturer
  • The warranty stands on all manufactured products (except LEDs, switches, Consumables* and external body) for Statcon Energiaa manufactured Products. Warranty for Spares order will be separate
  • The warranty will be automatically terminated on the expiry of the warranty period, even in case of the product not being in use in the specified period.
  • The purchaser shall intimate any change of address to the concerned Authorized Service Center & warranty will be applicable only after the inspection of the unit & clearance of condition by Authorized Service Center personnel.
  • Only authorized representatives / dealers of the company, anywhere in India, will provide free service under the terms of warranty.
  • For a guarantee claim to be valid, the warranty card of the respective product bearing the date of manufacturing / purchase must be fully legible, the guarantee seal undamaged and the end customer Invoice must be available.
  • The company will not be held liable in any condition for any loss or injury or damage caused to life or property or death and disability caused to any form of life for any reason whatsoever
  • The company expressly denies the right of any person to incur or assure for it any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of its manufactured products

  • Consumable items in the products like string fuses, SPD, MOV, switches, plugs, door locks and sockets are excluded from warranty and will be replaced on a company-defined chargeable basis.
  • If within the guarantee period a product exhibits a defect which compromises functioning of the product (a guarantee claim), Energiaa will, at its discretion, either repair the product at the premises or replace (if deemed necessary by the manufacturer) with a used or new one, of equivalent type and age. Purely aesthetic defects which have no effect on product functionality or operability are not covered by the guarantee.
  • If ENERGIAA decides that a defective product is to be repaired at the end customer’s premises, ENERGIAA arranges the repair date with the customer. ENERGIAA then sends out an authorized service engineer to the customer’s premises at the arranged date and time.
  • If the product is to be repaired at the end customer’s premises, the guarantee covers related travel costs for Energiaa’s service personnel.
  • The guarantee is valid only for end customers residing in India and within a 100 km radius of the distributor purchased from, unless a written letter or mail by the manufacturer is provided for longer distances. Places not covered under warranty Andaman Nicobar, Kerala, Leh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Tripura, Mizoram or any other place not accessible by Indian Railways or Govt Bus.
  • Claims if any, to this warranty shall be made only before courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi.
  • The warranty will not apply if the original seals are found broken or tampered with.
  • Warranty in case of defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or other animals or insects is invalid.
  • The warranty will be invalidated if defects arising in company’s opinion by reasons of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper transport, improper installation (if not undertaken by the company or its representative), fire, flood, other acts of GOD, natural calamities and any other unauthorized repairs done or carried out will have to be borne by the purchaser. Services given for the same will be paid service.
  • The regular warranty period for product is 24 Months from date of dispatch unless mentioned differently in the signed Warranty Card. (Not applicable for Spares or consumables)
  • Repairs are performed at site for ratings = > 5 kVA.

Guarantee claims are only valid for product defects not resulting from any of these circumstances

  1. Force majeure (in particular storm damage, lightning, fire, thunderstorm, flood etc.)
  2. Incorrect use or operation / installation and commissioning (for example: loose connections of AC and DC wires, unclean panels, Fluctuating or low voltage from grid, Overload at customer end, Improper String connection, angle of panels, low gravity of batteries).
  3. Failure to comply with the operating, installation and/or maintenance manual
  4. Incorrect ventilation and cooling
  5. Heavy soiling with dirt or dust
  6. Transport damage
  7. Changes to the product or repair attempts without prior approval from Statcon ENERGIAA
  8. Failure to comply with the applicable safety regulations.
