Manoj co-founded Statcon Energiaa in 1987 and has led it through nearly four decades of change in power electronics, from discrete devices to today’s custom power-conversion systems. An electronics engineer from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, he began as a design engineer at Uptron Powertronics. His designs include MW-scale battery chargers for the Indian Navy, ground power for AN-32 aircraft starting, hybrid solar inverters for microgrids and telecom towers, chargers up to 4,000 A and dischargers up to 1.5 MW. In January 2026 he was elected Chairman of the Renewable Energy and Storage Group of IEEMA. He also mentors young entrepreneurs and start-ups.

An electronics engineer, Pranjal drives innovation in how the company operates and brings data into its decisions. He also develops financing models for new applications of solar and energy storage.

Charusmita manages key manufacturing operations, with a focus on manufacturing innovation and execution across functions, and leads business development for the hydrogen division. She holds a PhD from the University of Westminster, London, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and speaks at industry forums on green hydrogen and manufacturing.

An electrical engineer from NIT Srinagar, Anil began in quality control at Kelvinator and moved into marketing with Universal Electricals and BCH. He joined Statcon Power Controls when its turnover was about ₹13 crore and helped grow it past ₹100 crore, and became director of sales and marketing when the solar, power and defence divisions became Statcon Energiaa.

An electrical engineer who has designed high-power equipment since 1990: drives, excitation and converter systems, control programming and load banks.
