What customers ask about hydrogen
Thyristor or IGBT rectifier?
Thyristor rectifiers are proven at MW scale and the simplest to maintain. IGBT chopper rectifiers give lower DC ripple and faster regulation in select ratings. Our article compares the two point by point.
Do your rectifiers need air conditioning?
Our thyristor rectifiers do not. Forced air cooling removes the need for air conditioning; outdoor units run up to 50 °C (indoor 45 °C) without output derating.
