Warranty and AMC
Warranty periods
The warranty card supplied with your product takes precedence.

Key terms
- Warranty applies to the end purchaser with a valid invoice and a warranty card signed by the dealer or manufacturer.
- Defective parts are repaired or replaced free of charge for parts and labour, at our discretion.
- Inverters of 3 kVA and above are repaired on site; smaller units go to the nearest authorised service centre.
- Only authorised representatives or dealers may carry out warranty service.
- Consumables such as fuses, surge protection devices, switches and connectors are replaced at a charge.
- Warranty is void for use outside the manual’s specifications, poor wiring or earthing, missing surge protection, or tampering.
- Third-party batteries are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty.
Claims are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

How do I raise a service request?
Call customer care on 1800-891-3319, email servicing@energiaa.in or message us on WhatsApp. You can also raise and track requests in the Energiaa Care app.
What do I need to make a warranty claim?
A legible warranty card showing the manufacturing or purchase date, and the end-customer invoice.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. Ask customer care or your dealer for an AMC for critical sites.
