What customers ask about solar
Which of your solar inverters are BIS registered?
The Boxer wall-mounted hybrid inverter (BIS registration R-93031208) and the Energiaa X3 on-grid inverter. Their BIS certificates and IEC test reports are on the downloads page.
Are your products eligible for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?
Boxer and Energiaa X are marketed as eligible for rooftop installations under PM Surya Ghar. Your installer confirms eligibility for your connection.
Can I monitor my system remotely?
Energiaa X has built-in WiFi monitoring. For larger plants, our remote monitoring service shows solar generation, grid import and battery health on a laptop or phone.
Do you build systems for sites without a grid?
Yes. Off-grid PCUs, the solar container solution, the GAJX containerised BESS and the IP55 microgrid inverter are all designed to run without a grid connection.
