2. About the Energenie App
Energenie is a mobile application developed by Statcon Energiaa Private Limited that allows users to set up, configure, and remotely monitor supported Statcon Energiaa hardware devices — including solar inverters, battery systems, and related energy equipment.
Energenie is available as a free application on:
- Google Play Store — published under developer name GEOCON-IoT (Champion Semiconductor LLP), on behalf of Statcon Energiaa Private Limited
- Apple App Store — published under developer name Statcon Energiaa Private Limited
The app is intended for use by customers of Statcon Energiaa Private Limited only.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by:

- In-App: Use the account deletion option available within the Energenie app under Settings → Account
We will process your deletion request within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Communication between the Energenie app and your devices is encrypted using standard protocols, and passwords are never stored in plain text.
While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Energenie account.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Energenie app and the energiaa.in website are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at rms@energiaa.in and we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you via the Energenie app or direct communication. Continued use of the app or website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
